SHORT BIO

The Ennis Brothers are an award winning Country & Irish music duo built around the melodic harmonies of twin brothers Matthew and Owen Ennis. They grew up listening to the timeless country sound of their grandparents favourite artist, The Everly Brothers. It was this early experience with country music which would go on to help shape Matt and Owens sound. They both started writing songs and learning guitar in their teens. Aged 15, they  performed on television on a show called 'Class Act' on RTE singing one of their favourite Everly Brothers songs 'Bye Bye Love'.

Since supporting Nathan Carter as part of his concert tour in 2018, The Ennis Brothers have gone from strength to strength performing all over Ireland sharing concert, dance and festival stages with Irish country music stars Derek Ryan, Jimmy Buckey, Mike Denver and Cliona Hagan to name but a few.

In January 2020 they won the award for ‘BEST NEWCOMER OF THE YEAR’ at the Sunday World Country Music awards. That same year, The Ennis Brothers were a part of the Late Late Show Country Special on RTE performing with The Three Amigos along with a host of other country music stars. 2021 saw The Ennis Brothers feature on TG4's 'Opry Le Daniel' performing a special duet with Daniel O'Donnell singing 'Wake Up Little Susie'.

The Ennis Brothers are currently touring with 'Rhythm Of The Dance' as featured guest artist. The world tour continues in the UK from the 25th of June to the 30th of July.
